Founded in Milan by Sergi Villar, an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in international real estate and finance, the last 13 of which working as Kering’s Global Real Estate Director where he oversaw the retail development of brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga and Boucheron across the world and completed some of the largest and most iconic high street retail real estate investments in recent years.
Sergi combines his insider’s and long-term business relationships with collaborations with the best experts in each market to achieve the companies’ goals, while curating a best-in-class in-house team.
